About me

As principal of EVOLUTION coaching, I am a leader, facilitator and driver of change. I help you to EVOLVE.

My commitment to your EVOLUTION goes beyond your own transformation. It is my motivation too.

I hold qualifications in life, career and business coaching.

My life experience has taught me that we all have a unique, personal foundation. A set of unshakeable truths that cannot be ignored. The core of our foundation is incredibly strong but, sometimes, we have to dig through soft and broken ground to find it.

EVOLUTION coaching helps you to discover your true essence – and strengthen the foundation of your being. Your personal foundation becomes a platform to launch your ongoing evolution and enables you to successfully achieve your goals.

I know what it means to live, work and do business in today’s frantic world. I have worked in the mining industry, digging for gold. I have brought about transformation as a hair and beauty professional. I have experienced the pressures of growing up, as a young woman, and triumphed over adversity.

I understand the pain and emptiness of not leading a life true to my foundation. In my journey of self-discovery, I discovered that I had missed important steps in strengthening my foundation and preparing me for the world.

After many years, I finally discovered what LOVE and LIFE truly mean. My understanding drives and inspires my work. I would be honoured to share my knowledge and experience with you!
