who are we > Rarnee Kernick I used to dig for gold in Western Australia. It was challenging work, but very rewarding. We knew the gold was there, we just had to find it. Today, I am the principal coach of EVOLUTION coaching. My passion is helping people to discover their uniqueness – their own “precious metal”. I’ve worked in a diverse range of industries and held a number of leadership, managerial, and mentoring roles. I also have wide experience of training and assessment. Becoming a qualified coach was a natural step in my career. ~ Bernard Rosa and George Helou - Angelic Dreams PROFESSIONAL COACHING QUALIFICATIONS: I gained my Certificate IV in Life Coaching through the Life Coaching Academy (LCA) Queensland. The LCA is a nationally accredited training organization and was one of the first Australian coaching organizations to gain accreditation from the ICF. 1989 - 1997 ...life comes to us as a series of messages. If you see the message and respond to it, the message
becomes an opportunity. If you ignore or don’t see the message, the message becomes a problem. The better you can see and the faster you respond, the more opportunities and fewer problems you will have. ~ Sandy Vilas, Becoming a Coach - The CoachInc.com Approach © 2010 Rarnee Kernick ~ Evolution Coaching.
